A directory of talents
Everyone knows how to do something.
Someone nearby needs it.
TalentConnect is a place to write down what you know how to do and what you are willing to help with. Leaders and neighbors can then find the right person instead of guessing, whether that is an accountant for an audit, someone who can weld a gate, or a person who has walked the road a family is on now.
An example readiness profile
How it works
- 01
Tell us what you know
Skills, work history, training, languages, interests. Everything from spreadsheets to welding to sitting with someone who is grieving.
- 02
Discover your strengths
A short survey turns your answers into a readiness profile across six dimensions and names the way you naturally help.
- 03
Get asked when you are needed
Leaders search for the help their unit actually needs. You decide who can see you and how you are contacted.
You stay in control
Your street address, phone number, and survey answers are never shown to anyone else. Leaders in your unit see your name, the skills you marked as available, your city, and your readiness profile, and only if you leave discoverability on. You can turn it off, and every leader search is logged.
Built to grow
Later, research agents will be able to suggest work history and skills from public sources so you do not have to type everything yourself. Nothing an agent finds is added to your profile until you review it and accept it.
